Delivery Timing

This service shares inventory with our physical store. Please note that items may occasionally sell out due to timing discrepancies.
The sales contract is considered concluded upon shipment.
We will ship your order within 5 business days of receiving it.

We do not offer gift wrapping or other gift-related shipping services.

About International Shipping

For international orders, we charge shipping fees based on the destination country, and customs duties are paid to the shipping company (such as DHL) upon arrival.

※For shipments within Japan, shipping is free on orders of 20,000 yen or more.

Returns

Except in cases where the product is defective, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

If the product you received differs from your order or has defects, please contact us via email.
We will respond regarding exchanges or refunds within 1–2 business days.

Changes to Orders After Placement

As we outsource shipping management to a third-party logistics provider, we generally cannot accommodate requests to change sizes or add items after an order has been placed.
If you wish to make changes, we can cancel your order—provided it has not yet been shipped—and you will need to place a new order.
We may be unable to accommodate exchanges or other changes for items that have already been shipped.
