After working as a graphic designer on music-related designs, he trained at New Bohemia Signs, a sign shop in San Francisco.
As a sign painter for New Bohemia Signs, he has painted a wide range of works, mainly for local restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and other businesses in the Bay Area, as well as large facilities such as SFMOMA, META (formerly Facebook), and the home stadium of the SF GIANTS, and even murals. Since 2024, he has been based in Japan and is currently active there.
